Eileen’s Earthkeeping Team Challenge consists of a two-day retreat whereby participants engage in a series of transformative activities designed around the concepts of the five dysfunctions of a team, the art of dialogue, sustainability, and whole earth thinking. Participants are guided to carry out a sequence of tasks that include heartfelt dialogue, experiential actions and assignments, and meaningful reflection. Participants return to their worksites individually transformed and with a newly embodied team consciousness.
