about Eileen Pardini   Eileen Pardini

Eileen Pardini, M.A., is an adjunct faculty member in the School of Holistic Studies at John F. Kennedy University (JFKU). She holds a Master of Arts degree in Consciousness Studies from JFKU. Consciousness Studies integrates the fields of philosophy, psychology, spirituality, ecology, archetypal mythology, dream studies, ancestral inquiry, and the new science, in the exploration of individual and global consciousness, the unfolding of human potential, and the performance of new paradigm thinking. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication, with an emphasis in Interpersonal Communication, from California State University, East Bay.

In 1996, Eileen earned her certification in Mediation through Eden Area Mediation Services in accordance with the California Dispute Resolution Act. She enjoys assisting her clients to resolve disputes utilizing compassion, deep listening, creativity and intuition. Eileen believes that all disputes can be resolved when parties remain receptive and fluid, and open to transformation and unexpected possibilities.

Additionally, in 2002 Eileen received her certification in Training and Development from California State University, East Bay. She specializes in training, facilitation, instructional design, needs assessment, adult learning, team building, coaching and mentoring. As Director of Training for a Bay Area nonprofit, Eileen worked closely with business professionals, educators, school administrators, volunteers, students, and other nonprofits. She has authored five training guides outlining instructions for designing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating school-based mentoring programs for at-risk youth. Her expertise earned her an invitation to present at the Second Annual Best Practices in Academic Mentoring and the 2001 National Mentor Summit. As part of a small team of evaluators, she assisted with the 2001 statewide California Mentor Initiative Quality Assurance Standards Evaluation.

In 2009, Eileen became a SoulCollage® Facilitator. Trained by founder, Seena Frost, Eileen earned her certificate for facilitating the intuitive and healing process of creating a personal deck of cards, which serve as a visual and living journal of one’s self and one’s soul. “The SoulCollage® practice gives birth to compassion for oneself and others, community, and a soulful and illuminating pastime.”

Dedicated to social transformation and connection, Eileen is committed to nurturing the wisdom and consciousness needed for quality relationships and a sustainable Earth. Her work emphasizes compassionate communication, mindfulness, sustainability, whole earth thinking, ecospirituality, ancestral reverence and wild creativity.
